Just under 4 months from my first BMP purchase and entry in this Guestbook, I now have 50 plus pieces in 4 different glazes. Purchases have been from Ebay, Charity Shops, Boot Fairs and Antique Fairs and includes a 1960s crimped vase bought for just 50 pence.
Many Thanks to Alan for his VERY valuable help in identification. Nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the Good Work, Cheers, Cliff Boulton

Great Job Allan !! I feel honoured to be the first guest contributor and to have my very own album. I continue to refer people to your web site, all have expressed amazement at the variety of BMP pieces and glazes. Keep up the good work and I'll add a few more of my special finds to my very own album.

I was at a yard sale while visiting in Colorado, found this small squat green and black drip glaze bud vase. I happen to like the style and others in storeage. Also, I must admit that I thought the mark was something else (no glasses, lol)
. When i retured home i cleaned it up and found the mark and this website. I never would have been able to learn about BMP without you. Thank You. Will visit soon.

This was the first visit to your site and both of us were very excited to see all the wonderful photos and also the great information you have shared. Thanks for now we will be sure to visit again soon. Best Regards!!

I have asked you a question on your contact me page. Hopefully you can help. Thanks

Very interesting site. Returned from my first ever trip to visit my Cousin in Toronto on Mon 29/06/09. On Sun5/07/09 I went to a local Boot Fair and was attracted to tall blue/green duck on a stall. I "knocked" the price down from £8 to £6 and was asked by the seller if I knew what it was. I said a duck or a goose, i just like it. He told me iy was BMP. I contacted my cousin who said she had the same one and had I not seen it? It also seems that on one of our trips out, we were close to the BMPottery. What co-incidences eh? I am now developing an interest in the subject and today (8/7/09) bought a Flying Goose in a charity shop for £3. Will check out your site again soon, Cheers, Cliff.

THANK YOU, for providing us the BEST blue mountain pottery site in the world ! accurate, wonderful photos, dedication and hard work !......i can't tell you how many times i have come to visit your site for some quick info ! .... and mostly important, you are sharing your passion with us all ! thank you !

What a fantastic website you have created! Just marvellous for us collectors to use as a tool to identify BMP and see what other pieces there are available out there. Thanks for sharing your collection with us. I have about 140 pieces - they take quite a bit of dusting!! I'll be back to check on any updates to the site. Thanks again - Cheryl.

Hi:
I just found you site and I found it very informative, I only recently started collecting BMP seriously, I have had a few pieces for a number of years but was not a serious collector. Now that I have found your site I will be able to identify my pieces. I did join the BMPCC last month.
Thanks
Joan
